Drive Head with Conveyor Structure
We specialize in delivering complete conveyor systems, equipped with all necessary electrical and mechanical components, along with essential safety features. Our conveyors are designed for both Flameproof (FLP) environments in underground mines and Non-Flameproof (NFLP) settings such as Coal Handling Plants (CHP), open cast mines, and various industrial applications.
These include steel plants, washeries, sponge iron plants, sugar mills, crushers, power plants, and cement plants. Our conveyor systems are available in belt widths ranging from 500mm to 1600mm, with power capacities from 22 kW to 315 kW. We provide both FLP and NFLP configurations, along with custom-sized rollers and pulleys, tailored to customer specifications or based on standard designs.
In addition, we supply the complete range of conveyor components, including drive heads, discharge units, tail units, loop take-up arrangements, and full conveyor structures. These are integrated with high-quality rollers, impact rollers, and return rollers to ensure smooth operation and durability.

Pony Conveyor
Structure
We specialize in manufacturing pony conveyors designed for short galleries in underground mines, up to 150 meters. These snub drive conveyors come with a drive-cum-discharge unit, tail unit, and intermediate conveyor structures, equipped with all necessary safety features, primarily in Flameproof (FLP) configurations.
Available in belt widths of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm, our conveyors support power ratings of 22kW, 35kW, 45kW, 55kW, and 125kW, or can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
B Tail-End Arrangement for Conveyor
We manufacture complete tail-end units for conveyors, including winch-type setups with hopper, wiper-cum-dust collectors, and screw or bucket-type cleaning systems. Each unit is designed for easy maintenance, featuring safety covers for added protection.
Available for belt widths of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, and 1600mm, or customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Electric Operated Winch
Our Electric Winch is a robust lifting device powered by an electric motor, ideal for space-constrained applications like cranes, davits, and derricks. It features a horizontal cylinder for winding cables, designed for line pulls from 100 kg to 30,000 kg and line speeds from 1m/min to 100 m/min. Rope diameters range from 5mm to 30mm, and drum diameters from 100mm to 600mm.
Key features include a heavy-duty planetary drive integrated into the drum core, ensuring durability, along with a large drum diameter for efficient cable winding. Heat-treated carbon steel gears and precision needle bearings provide enhanced strength and smoother operation, while weather-resistant construction and emergency crank handles ensure reliability.
Available in various AC and DC models, we offer a wide range of options to suit your specific lifting needs.

Conveyor Drums
We provide a range of conveyor drums/pulleys for belt widths of 500mm to 2000mm, customizable in various diameters to meet customer requirements. Our drums are available with alloy steel shafts and optional rubber lagging for enhanced durability and performance

Conveyor Structure with Roller
We manufacture robust conveyor structures, including roller brackets, stools, stringers, gantries, and self-aligning roller brackets. Our rollers, impact rollers, and return idlers come in 88.9mm to 165mm ERW pipe diameters, suitable for belt widths of 500mm to 2000mm.
These durable structures are ideal for heavy-duty applications in coal, power, steel, and cement plants.
Roof Bolts
We manufacture full column Grouted Roof Bolts that are extensively used for support of the immediate Roof in the development galleries and in depillaring areas in Coal Mines as well as in tunnels and Hard Rock Mining. Certified by the Central Institute of Mining & Fuel Research, Dhanbad, these roof bolts come with compatible plates, washers, and fast-setting grout options for secure installation.
Made from TMT bar (Fe-500/Fe-600) with diameters of 20mm/22mm and lengths from 1500mm to 1800mm (or longer, based on strata conditions).
W-Straps
We manufacture W-Straps for use with roof bolts, providing critical roof support in underground coal mines. Available in various sizes, lengths, and thicknesses, our W-Straps comply with DGMS Circular No. 3 (03.06.2010).
